Ohrstrom Library purchases a variety of research content from longtime library vendor, EbscoHost, including a suite of digital journals, magazines & newspapers and a collection of over 112,000 eBooks.
To search these collections while on-the-go, consider the Ebsco App for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch (iOS 3 or higher).
To download the app, first create a free account with Ebsco using the link in the upper-righthand corner of any Ebsco product.
After creating this account, the bottom of the Ebsco page contains a link referring to their available apps.
Clicking this link will prompt one to enter the email address associated with the newly created Ebsco account. After completing this email prompt, Ebsco will send an email containing the following:

To begin using the EBSCOhost iPhone and Android applications, follow the instructions below.
Step 1:
Download the app from the iTunes Store or Google Play
Step 2:
View this email on your device, then tap this authentication key
(Note: You must access the link in Step 2 from your device. The activation link will expire in 24 hours.)
