<p>A two volume set discussing historical pirates and privateering.  These volumes cover the &#8220;golden age of piracy&#8221; in the Caribbean basin from 1650 to 1725. Each era of piracy is further documented with a chronology and a bibliography, and a glossary provides helpful definitions for unfamiliar terms.  Some primary source documents are included in each volume.</p>
