This week we said farewell to Jane Goodall – scientist, activist, and environmental steward. Her years of research helped us better understand our connection to the animal world. She spent her life speaking out on behalf of animals, and in later years became a tireless advocate for the environment. In The Book of Hope, she writes, ““Every day we make some impact on the planet. And the cumulative effect of millions of small ethical actions will truly make a difference.”
