Did you know that February is National Library Lovers Month? Well, we Ohrstrom Library every day, so we are taking this week to celebrate!

First, have you heard the big news? We are running a brief student survey to learn about what you need from your library. Spaces? Services? Resources? Tell us what you think! Your feedback will help us improve and make the library an even more valuable part of your SPS experience. It only takes a few minutes, it’s easy, and your input can make a difference. Take the survey HERE.
Be sure to pick up your “Love Your Library” button and then try your hand at Library Trivia. How well do you know Ohrstrom Library? Answer the questions (all of the answers can be found, you guessed it, in the library) and turn it in to be entered to win fun prizes. Check it out online HERE.
If you have ever wondered about the history of SPS Libraries, then wonder no more! Visit the Upper Level to see our winter term exhibit, Meet Me at the Lib: 150 Years of SPS Libraries, to learn about the Sunday Library, the school’s first librarians, the building of Sheldon and Ohrstrom, and more.
And last but not least, because we love ALL libraries (not just Ohrstrom), here are some books that center around libraries. Mystery, historical fiction, and narrative nonfiction – there is something for every library lover on this list.
